Noisy 1st floor room

Basic hotel fine for a stop over. Location is very convenient to nearby Chinatown. Room on the 1st floor was very noisy. Housekeeping is so-so ( dust and fine cobwebs at corners etc).

Ants, dirty fridge and stained bedsheets

The staff of this hotel was very kind and the location was good. The negative part was the cleanliness. Pretty much everything in the room was dirty (yellow fluid in the mini fridge, multiple stains on the bedsheets, bathroom, floors, cups, counter..) Also this room was infested by ants. And then I saw infested, I mean over a few hundreds. I was very disappointed and will not stay here again.
Fridge filled with liquid and also wasn't working well.

Total of 5 floors, each floor has it's own ironing facility. Rooms are okay maybe can include basic amenities such as vanity kit. Requested for a room with window, but the view was toward the inner part of building (view of aircond compressors). Just next door to it, is a restaurant/café (Plan A). Walkable distant to china town and surrounded by banks, pharmacies. Overall it was okay for 1 night stay.

Nice business hotel with comfy no frills amenities. Furnishings are new and polished. easy access to shopping and nice cafes as it's in town. Parking at the back also good but limited. The hotel photo showing gym is not true as only for walk in guest for others have small fee to pay 😒. No snacks or refreshments provided at lounge as stated in room poster. Hotel reception staff male unfriendly did not have welcoming persona i had to call on him to ask question but he answers reluctantly..

There were lots of insect in the bathroom. Sheets were stained and window ledges covered with bird poop. Check in needs a RM 100 cash deposit and have to retain the receipt to claim the money back. Did not know this in advance since nobody said anything. No convenience store close by. Closest restaurants are in Kampung Cina which is about 10 mins walk.

Used to be nice but it’s dirty now.

The room used to be good but it’s very dirty now. Hair and dust are everywhere which can be easily wiped but yet not. So don’t expect it’s clean for other things such as bedsheet and curtain. Asked for receipt, staff said they will email but as of now didn’t receive any. When I called them back, they asked me to wait for it. It’s been a week already.

Prepaid via Expedia RM170 (plus tax) a night for three nights in their 'Superior' Single Room. At check-in, discovered the room was being advertised for RM75 and contained no cupboard, drawers or mini-fridge. When I asked reception for extra hangers and a towel, was refused. Glad I brought all my own toiletries as there were none in the room. Checked out a day early because I was so unhappy with the room and service and (of course) was refused a refund on the night I was no longer staying. Extremely disappointing experience.

Smelly pillow and bed sheet

The bed sheet and and pillow is a little bit smelly, please wash or clean it, remove the smell. If this can be improved, I’ll definitely give 5/5 star. Overall it’s good.

Cheap. rooms are noisy because of noisy staffs

All were good for this price except that u wont br able to rest well because it was veey noisy. Tou can year wveryine close their doors. Workers always bang their foor whenever they walk in and out from the staff room and when they do room service. U will hear alot of banging at night. U get heart attack if u r weak

New, relatively comfortable hotel. Rooms are a bit barebone and could be better designed. But everything is clean and functional. One let down was the staff, who were not very friendly.

Very comfortable, cozy, good staff. The parking a little bit far and share with outsider even though you dont need to pay for the parking. Sometime it's hard to find a parking spot and a little worried about your car as it far from the hotel. I suggest to prepare a parking space for the guest only.

Clean and chic design room, good service even though we need to be patient during check in due to limited persons allowed at the counter now. Location is excellent, close to Chinatown and they have dedicated parking behind the hotel.
