"Good budget hotel in great location near railway station/bus station/car parking so you don't have to carry lots of luggage across Venice. Very friendly staff, basic breakfast, no aircon but provided fan kept us cool. Vaparettos leave nearby, avoid No2 as it very busy, No1 is often quieter. Nearby Ristorante Roma on the Grand Canal is great for drinks and food. (Place gets bad reviews from people expecting premium canalside tables for a couple of espressos, but those are reserved for diners....

"Recommend to stay here 100% ! It’s in a good location to walk to St Marks & Ponte di Rialto! From train station St Lucia to here is a 28 min walk. It’s close to shops & the canals pass right outside to get a gondola. "

"The staff were excellent helping us check in. We were early and they stored our luggage safe and secure until check-in time. Staff are friendly and responsive to assist. Not in the thick of the tourist area are which is fantastic. Rooms are very small and efficient. Perfect for a night or two. Highly recommend!"

"Konumu harika. Piazzale Roma’dan sadece tek köprü geçerek gelinebiliyor. Bavullarla gelirken çok kolay oldu. Dorsoduro bölgesi çılgın turist kalabalığının olmadığı ama keyifli meydanlardan geçerek San Marco ya 10dk da yürüyebileceğiniz bir lokasyon. Odamız oldukça temizdi, her gün de temizlendi. Kahvaltısı yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Kahvaltı servisinde görevli hanımefendi tam bir arı gibi çalışıyor, herkesle birebir ilgilenip eksikleri gideriyordu. "The entire staff was very helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location (relatively close to the train station and bus station to the airport, and also in a good location for the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco). The breakfast is excellent, with many options and always replenished. Our room was well-equipped, with a good, full bathroom (which is not standard in Venice). Great experience."

"Sono davvero soddisfatto dell'hotel, è in posizione molto comoda nel lido di Venezia, si raggiungono in pochi minuti a piedi sia il molo che la spiaggia. Nelle vicinanze molti ristoranti/pizzerie e un supermercato. Struttura pulita e camera davvero carina. Consigliato"
