"The front desk staff was always welcome and helpful. Our room was always clean and cool and easy access from the main areas in Venice. The Bacarando downstairs is excellent,m; offering such good appies (chicchetti) and drinks at a great price. A perfect oasis, and I was always thankful for the lift to get to our 3rd floor room after a long day! "

"Piacevole soggiorno per una notte, in centro storico a 100 m dalla stazione Santa Lucia,da dove siamo arrivati! Camera nelle aspettative del prezzo (ragazzi, non ci si può aspettare Hotel Excelsior a questi prezzi modesti per Venezia!!!), personale gentile e discreto, avevamo camera in edificio a parte, attaccato all'hotel principale.Zona centralissima dove abbiamo fatto tutto a.piedi (..e vaporetto sempre a pochi passi dall'Hotel) per visitare in un solo giorno (e notte!!) Tutta Venezia!"

"Alex, the front desk worker, went above and beyond to explain using the Tram into Venice. He helped plan our two days in Venice with detailed directions and maps! He even booked our boat trip to Murano, Torcello, and Burano. We would HIGHLY recommend this place! Breakfast was great too."

"Excelente ubicación, si quieres estar cerca de la estación de tren. Habitación limpia y cómoda."

"Gran opcion si buscas movilidad al centro de Venezia. Tienes a unos 200mts la linea 6 y 6L que te llevan al centro y solo cuesta 1,50. Llegamos 4 horas antes del check in y pudimos dejar las valijas sin problemas y quedarnos en el jardin tomando algo hasta que la habitacion estuvo lista. El personal fue muy amable."

"Personnel très accueillant et agréable. Chambre et services très bien. Seuls bémols, la moquette vieillotte mais assez propre, porte serviette cassé près de la douche mais rien de désagréable en soi. Hôtel très bien situé et facile d'accès."
