"Nice hotel really close to the beach, but our room had a balcony that faced the pool and parking lot and beyond the parking lot fence homeless people. Not a great view and thus didn't motivate us to use the balcony. The bed was very comfortable but our room was the first room in a hallway with a security door, and so we heard everyone coming and going through the door. Couldn't get the tv to work but had many other activities so ended up not asking front desk what was wrong. Bathroom has a...

"Retro feel like what the 70's probably felt like in SB. Clean. Unique layout. Sheets and bed were very comfy. Perfectly located across from the wedding venue I was attending. Would visit again. "

"The property is an older small motel that has had a well done interior remodel. The outside could use some attention but that is not significant to my rating. 2 items which are easily fixed could have raised the rating with nearly no effort on the part of Town and Country. There is no way to determine if they are different on your stay so, pack a roll of you preferred toilet paper and a small bottle of your shampoo. The TP they supply is of such poor quality that it should not be used. Way...

"I like the Franciscan Inn because it’s clean, rooms are spacious, nice location, it’s quiet, staff is accommodating, comfortable beds, the fresh baked cookies, free breakfast, etc. 10/10. "

"Was perfect. Great location, gas station across street, seven eleven behind, and a coffee restaurant half of block. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beach, SB mission, Highway, and downtown so close by. Lobby guys were so nice. Orlando was very helpful and friendly."

"The unit was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We had a WiFi problem that the manager was super responsive to and was resolved quickly. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient. "

"The only inconvenient things was ,there is no parking space. We arrived in the evening and had to park on the street."

"I loved the room but didn't like that the carpets hadn't fully dried from being cleaned and the room had a musty smell. A few clothing items fell on the floor over night. In the morning they were stained front the carpet dew. Other than that we were pleased with our stay."
