"I arrived a bit early. They didn't allow me to check in early, although it was confirmed the previous guest had left. I asked a kind favor to prioritize cleaning my room first but it was not entertained. I asked to switch to another room that is ready and has been cleaned but my request was rejected. "My room had a horrible smell at arrival so did the staircases. However, the fire smoke was the day before my arrival so not sure if the window unit ACs brought the smoke in.

"This is a really nice apartment, super usable kitchen, three bedrooms, it really made traveling with my son and sister very easy - we each had our own space. It's also super close to great stores including Whole Foods, REI, and more. Also accessible to nearby subway lines."

"This Chicago condo was great, clean, perfect location and good, responsive service. (We took the studio condo because the price was sweet, but we felt the name of this 400 sq ft condo should not have included spacious.). The view was lovely, the kitchen with dishes etc. was greatly appreciated and we loved the short walk to Whole Foods market!"
