Location good for a one night stay. Staff helpful and friendly. Shuttle service to and from airport useful. Comfortable room.

Overall very disappointing for what was listed as a deluxe room. Dated, poorly maintained and dirty (marks on walls, marks on curtains, dirty crockery, and dirty bathrooms). Less than acceptable really.

A great central to everything location. A short walk to train station and over to Darling Harbour. We went to the theatre and yet again just a short walk. The property was well presented. The breakfast well worth it. Really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the communication with our booking we requested two beds in one of our two rooms booked. They had missed my emails and only prepared a queen size and had to quickly organise a trundle bed shoved in the room. This wasn’t ideal but we just dealt with it. This wouldn’t stop me from staying there again though as the in house customer service was good.

NOT 5 star! Importantly - the gym, pool and sauna are not in the hotel. You ahve to go out of the hotel, go up stairs to level 1 shops area, across to another building, catch a lift up to it. Would NOT have booked if I knew. Did not feel safe as a female travelling alone. I equally did not feel safe/private as my room shared an entry with another room. Also - basic stuff missing from kitchen. No knife/spoon/fork to eat! Would not recommend.

Good location. Best to enter on South Dowling St if being dropped off as hard to pull up on Oxford St. Staff are super welcoming. Amazing selection of VHS films on display for the film buffs out there. Rooms are comfortable and the free (non-booze) mini bar is always a nice surprise.

This is hands down one of the best hotels I have stayed in the place is beautiful I'm great location staff are so friendly and very helpful breakfast was amazing the only thing I could complain about was the bed was little hard for my liking but it was perfect for my partner so really it's not a complaint at all can not wait to stay there a gain when we return on Monday
