"We stayed at QT Newcastle expecting a premium experience given the price point, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations. "This is a nice place but The room is small and the bed hard to access for two older people. The coffee shop for breakfast had their music too loud."

"Nice location. Good that you’re able to park on the same level as your room. Nice and clean as well as lots of things to do within a 15 minute walk. "

"Not impressed. Wine glasses had wine stains from previous guests upon arrival. Glitch in system meant we didn’t get the room service we ordered because staff already went home for the night. Parking for valet was not clear at all. No pool or spa facility."
