"Yes the property is dated, but you would not use the room much except for sleeping...it's the remarkable views and the prime location why one should book this place! It's the staff that make or break an experience! And every staff member I met was absolutely fantastic with top quality customer service! "We were very very impressed with Quest Newcastle. Quest was very accommodating as we were travelling with an elderly and we requested a walk in shower (instead of a shower with a bath tub) and a shower chair - both were attended to professionally. Hospitality from the reception team was also amazing (special shoutout to Mia and Paris). The 2 bedroom apartments were just renovated and they were very clean and tidy. The only down side was the noise from the surrounding club that went on till 12...
