"We stayed at QT Newcastle expecting a premium experience given the price point, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations. "Room was okay, hotel is definitely dated. Only "lux" thing about it is the location/beach views. Bathroom is poorly designed, towels dingy, very little water pressure in shower, almost no amenities, very limited room service, tight covered parking, parking level foyer reeked of urine. Did not use laundry service - found a laundromat close by instead. "

"Narrow, steep stairs. Two lifts - no one to help us. We took the wrong one. Kitchen shown as comprehensive in the photo; but no frying pan or spatula. Second garage door closed too quickly whilst we were still reading instructions. "
