The staff were great—super friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we checked in. On top of that, the location is fantastic and made it incredibly easy to get around. "Being winter there was no extra blankets. Air conditioner cut in and out every 5-10 minutes so the room didn’t stay warm. There were very rowdy people in other rooms carrying on till late in the night."

"Overall excellent hotel close to all the wineries plus Pepper Tree winery on site. Hotel over 100 yrs old and very well maintained, staff were wonderful and very helpful, breakfast was amazing. Would recommend this hotel for a few days in the Hunter Wine region."
