I pre booked and pre paid through hotels. Com plus used points. When I finally got to the hotel after a very long day of travel I was told they did not have the room I reserved for me !!! I would have to climb 2 flights of stairs to reach a different room. No elevator no staff to help!! No explanation ...

Very nice hotel. Great location as we were going on a cruise. Staff were fantastic and the breakfast was very good. The bathroom in our room needed updating but everything was very clean.
