What they call the family side is a 4 out of 10 at best but if you are cost conscious and get a deal than it would be fine. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the beach. This "resort" was by far in the worst shape I have ever seen. There were gaps between the front door and door frame, the bathroom was chipped and falling apart, and the entire area was in ruins. Thankfully, we were refunded.

Amazing resort and amazing staff. Location on the beach line was perfect along with having all the plaza around us and trolly stops right down the street. Couldn't ask for a better location and quality for the price we got.

Great location at Waikiki. Close to beach access, the zoo, bus stops and shopping. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Love the oceanfront view from the lanai! Excellent séjour, petit déjeuner au Kikei Caffe excellent, proximité de la plage , des commerces, la ville de Kikei est bien située et très agréable pour un séjour de qqs nuits

When we arrived in the room, it was not properly cleaned; the toilet smelled, the sink and floor were dirty, making it impossible to stay without shoes.
