Clean room, the staff was generally nice some were sort of rude, especially at the casino. The pool tiles were falling apart, the gym equipment was outdated. You could tell it’s slightly dated. But overall a great experience and good time

If the beach is your thing, this isn't the place for you. It is very narrow and rocky and attracts a higher than average amount of seaweed which has a strong odor. The cabanas, which must be rented by the day, take of the edge of 80% of the pool side space.

check in took forever and we weren't able to check into our rooms until late and not until the evening for 2 of our rooms. We had 5 rooms in total. It was awful

Breathtaking property. They do a wonderful job of blending modern comfort with the natural beauty. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Located on the beach, this resort doesn't make you choose between a pool day and a beach day, you can have it all!

The staff were amazing, particularly our butler, Maggie, El Adio, and the bartender Fernando! He was amazing and we even moved to one of the pools when he went from the inside bar to the pool swim up! Absolutely amazing, friendly and we definitely need to go back!

The overall experience based on the price was very mediocre. TV was of poor quality in terms of resolution. The mini fridge was laughably small and was missing a harness to hold drinks. My bidet didnt work. The fake fireplace was really just a poor quality space heater. They said they upgraded me ...
