"This resort is amazing. The restaurants were so good and the staff were very attentive and friendly. We had a couples massage and hydrotherapy. The spa was really good as well. We will definitely be back. The beach was beautiful and it never felt crowded."

"Room as awful.. smelled of mildew/mold, mini fridge was warm, air conditioner didn't work properly and shower didn't drain and overflowed into the room.. we asked for another room and they gave us some really cheaper than the one that we paid for that still had a shower issue. "The Hyatt Vivid was fabulous!!! This was our first time there… we have visited other resorts in the past 15 yrs, we’ve been to the El Dor…, The Valen….. Imp…, The Ri. Pa…, and I will say, we really loved the atmosphere at the Vivid. Food and drinks were great! The staff was on point.. especially ..."
