"Great property building very nice very well built clean new and beautiful, but adjacent to unfinished land and area, which makes it not possible to walk around. It’s good for someone that knows the language around and has a car to drive around because nothing close by. It has an attached restaurant which does not belong to the property, but it has friendly staff and good food. Not a vacation place but a nice property to stay. "

"Fantastic service in the altitude section. I had breakfast lunch and supper at the grill and all of the servers were amazing. The best part of the trip was the concierge service. I had mistakenly left a big pile of clothes in one of the drawers in my room and between them and a shuttle service I was able to get all of my items at my next stop. "The location, view and staff were wonderful. However our 2 br executive suite was a disappointment. The room was very dated. TV’s hung crooked, floor lamp taped up with one of the bulbs out. Dirty sock under the couch. Only 2 small uncomfortable chairs on the balcony. For the price I expected more. The staff was very helpful however and addressed our concerns as much as possible, straightening tv’s, bringing 2 more comfortable chairs for balcony etc. Overall the hotel is fine. Be aware however...

Hospedaje para gastar en actividades, frende al hotel está un soriana donde puedes comprar todo lo que necesites para los tours que planeas (alcohol y botana jeje) está a 15min en uber de la marina, sinceramente es una buena opción, cuenta con agua caliente y ninguna falla en aparatos eléctricos, el área de oportunidad que tienen es en la administración, el desayuno es muy ligero y pequeño, en expedia...

"The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. "
