"I loved the pool parties, food, entertainment, variety of pools, activities within the hotel. I didn't like the power going out in the middle of the night, because it got hot inside out room w/o air conditioning. I didn't like that our room was kind of dirty. I didn't like that there wasn't an elevator for our 4 story building. "

"Rooms were large and spacious. Very clean inside and out. Staff was very accommodating and tried their best to assist. However, we had a very hard time getting the TV to work, no one seemed to know how to work it until our last day. Clear multi lingual instructions will help. But all in all, our stay was a nice 7/10 🙂"

"The staff at the resort was absolutely amazing. There was one grouchy lady at the 50s diner, but other than that, everyone at the resort was more than accommodating. Gracia, the employee who checked us in, was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire state. "The property is beautiful and the staff is VERY attentive- almost too attentive. They’re programmed to say “it’s a pleasure” every time they answer anything. The one big complaint is that the spa is WAY overpriced! $400usd for a facial is ridiculous.
