"The hotel is conveniently located in Puerto Cancún, close to really good restaurants, shops and the ocean. The rooms are modern, clean, and offer great views. Amenities such as the gym are well maintained, and the food is good as well. Where the hotel falls short is in the level of service. While the staff are generally courteous, they are not particularly proactive or attentive, and do not consistently go above and beyond to ensure guests have a positive, seamless, and convenient experience....

"This is not a fancy hotel but they have everything you need, excellent location they clean sheets every day, the only thing that I have to complain is they try to convince you to sign up for time share we spend like 40 minutes wen we are checking ✔️ in trying to Say no thanks, next day same like 2 hours like I'm here to relax not to have someone pushing me to buy something."
