"The hotel is in very good shape, all clean, has all amenities; Parking in garage was expensive at $49/night and was not included in price. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM WAS THAT THEY DID NOT TELL US IF YOU ARE NEXT TO ELEVATORS YOU WILL GET TERRIBLE NOISE ALL NIGHT LONG!! (EVERY 5 -20 SECONDS THE WALLS SEEMED TO SHAKE AND NOISE WAS CRAZY LOUD. INITILLY WE THOUGHT IT IS FROM THE NOISY STREET AND IT WILL DIE DOWN LATER AT NIGHT. AS A RESULT WE COULD NOT SLEEP AT ALL AND WE HAD IMPORTANT MEETING EARYLY NEXT MORNING THAT IS THE REASON FOR TWO STARS SO KNOW IF YOU STAY HERE, DO NOT ACCEPT A ROOM CLOSE TO ELEVATORS !!!!"

"I didn’t expect much from this stay, But I was still disappointed. I paid extra for the “deluxe room”. It was a Clean room and the bed was decent…. AC did not work well and the showers water pressure was awful! Toilet was iffy. Definitely needs to be updated to be considered a “deluxe” room. The shower was so bad I couldn’t rinse the shampoo out of my hair (Which was also terrible. I had to go buy some travel size shampoo & conditioner from the corner liquor store.) and the water temperature would not change. They charge you $15 per stay for amenities, such as luggage storage, package handling and coffee and pastries in the morning. (They charge even when We didn’t need any of that, so we decided to go get the coffee and pastries. Donuts were hard and gross). They had cool pool table and games with a bar too, but no bartender…. disappointed to say the least. "

"It was a really nice place. We didn’t eat anything directly from the hotel but they did had all the things that were necessary, but the only thing that we were having trouble with the room temperature especially, at night it would get really really cold and the heater wasn’t working Other than that. It was a really great place. The staff was wonderful and we felt very safe and comfortable. "

"I love this hotel and will continue to stay here. I don’t give 5 stars in all areas because the jacuzzi is kept at a temp that feels lukewarm. It’s also a tiny jacuzzi with rough texture that snags bathing suits and scratches skin. It doesn’t match the opulence of the hotel. I had to call 4 times to ask for a toothbrush to be sent to my room. It took a couple hours for it to arrive. Other than those minor issues- food and staff were great. The room was in need of fresh paint on walls or maybe a Mr Clean sponge to get all the black scuffs off. These are minor issues. I’m satisfied overall. "
