"Excellent property with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Close (walking distance) to Rod Laver Arena & MCG and a well-stocked IGA supermarket/convenience store is located next door to the property. Transport options are plentiful and close by. The noise of the trains running nearby was noticeable at first but not a deal breaker from my perspective. The spacious and well-maintained apartment I stayed in (13th floor) made up for that. I experienced no adverse issues during my stay...

"Large, clean, spacious rooms. Was great to have cooking facilities in the room, local shops less than a 5 minute walk away. Easy walk into SwinBurne University for the course. Catch the train from Skybus to Glenferrie Road Hawthorn (easier than tram). As I stayed longer for a week, had a lovely welcome present of snacks and room serviced. Would definitely recommmed. "

"I selected this venue for a bit more luxury and it was a lovely apartment. They did daily cleans but that was all. Came with a bathroom, bedroom (double bed), living room and a connected kitchen and dining space. The armchairs is the star of the apartment with the netflix TV. Kitchen was very small and would say not for more than 1 person at a time. Also came with a washing machine but no dryer. My bed sheets, I had to question if they were new sheets or pillow cases. I only say this due...
