"I love this hotel, even though the rooms are small for single, its clean, smells so good inside. The housekeepers cleaned the rooms good every day. I didnt have any issue infact i finally slept like a baby after 2 terrible days in a motel. Thank you"

"We were not expecting this place to be as great as it is. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurants were unexpectedly good with great food and views of the mountain. The onsen was a great experience. Just be prepared to have your Western views about nudity challenged (the onsen is nude only. No bathing suits allowed). Just one thing, the staff will tell you the in-suite onsen takes 20-ish minutes to cool down to a temperature that won't scald you. It was closer to an hour. "

"地下1階の窓無しの部屋でしたが、室内に温泉があり。適当な広さもあり、衛生面も大きな問題なし。部屋に椅子が欲しかった。スタッフも英語を話し対応も良い。宿の周囲にお店がないので駅近辺で食事、買い物を済ませると良い。朝食用に持ち帰り用のハンバーガー等を注文する事ができた。"

"I am not satisfy when I was told that this hotel not welcome children! I have to pay TWD 800 just to let my 22 months child stay together. Yes, they proved to me it is stated in the Hotels.com page in the fine print. I am very upset that it is such an important clause but only available in the fine print (which very difficult to notice). Lastly, I was not given any choice but I have to pay such amount in order to stay."
