"Check-in Staff: extremely pleasant, helpful and welcoming Room: Clean, Bright, comfortable bed and pillows, great water pressure and temperature. 2 free bottles of water and snacks replenished daily. Breakfast: menu changes daily, food thoughtfully and expertly prepared. Excellent combination of various options. Everything tastes fabulous. Sometimes the easiest things are most difficult to prepare and the chef nails the textures of scrambled egg, cold/hot vegetables and meats very well. The staff members for the breakfast area are sweet, friendly and professional. Common Area: Clean, Bright, Comfortable. Snacks, juice, water, coffee, tea offered 24 hrs. Housekeeping: daily, and they do an excellent job!!! Laundry Area: FREE use of washers (and detergent) and dryers. Umbrellas loaners are available. This has been an excellent and most pleasant stay as a home away from home. Frankly - the entire staff deserves a raise and year-end bonus!!!"

"Everything was great from start to end. The complimentary shuttle service was prompt and the hotel reception was efficient which facilitated very smooth checking in-out processes I cannot find any fault regarding the room. We had a room with a fabulous view of the city / part of the Yangming Shan so soaking in our hot tub and facing such a view was heavenly Room was spacious and clean and the chamber maids were polite and super efficient We dined at the Chinese restaurant and the food and their service was superb which was reasonably priced. Even our breakfast was served by such a great team who looked into every little detail with pride. We enjoyed walking about and dining in the yukata that was provided for...plus the lovely public bath experience... gave us such a rested retreat I have nothing but praise for the management of the resort. Highly recommend for those who wish to enjoy a little pampering while visiting Taipei. Finally special mention of Ms Clara who went out of her way to help us connect to our airport hotel. Cudos to everyone in the team once again "

"The public onset was clean and the amenities were great. I like the public onsen more than the private onsen in my room. The powerful jets in the public onsen was like having your own masseuse. The location was close to the metro station. Will definitely stay here again if I visit."

"The housekeeping staff was amazing. Very helpful and cheerful. Check-in went well. I was told the hotel did not have an iron which was a bit inconvenient. The renovated hotel is done nicely. Compact and functional. Loved the location although it was a bit far from the train but inexpensive taxis and ride shares are easily accessible. "

"The staff were attentive and could communicate well in English. They showed us the room and provided clear explanations. I appreciated the pillow menu, which allowed us to choose pillows to suit our comfort. The room itself was spacious, though the soundproofing could be improved as we could hear neighbours walking and chatting along the hallway."
