Fabulous hotel with great staff, minimalistic rooms, beautiful garden and a absolutely gorgeous Japanese Onsen!

Luxurious, clean, very friendly staff, full of amenities . A 5-star hotel that’s really worth the money.

Very comfortable, nice to relax for the last 2 days of my trip. In room hot and cold spring with nice view . Will go again next time I travel to Taiwan

The hotel is very new and clean. The room is big and confortable.

The room is spacious and clean. The receptionist is very friendly. The air conditioner can also be a heater is definitely a plus point for this trip.

The basement playroom is a good idea however it was a tad warm and the room has an unpleasant smell.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I only attended breakfast once and it was alright. It's free, so you might as well take advantage. Unfortunately they did not have an ironing board, or at least I could not find one in my room or the laundry room.

Front counter agent was A in taking care of us. Very informative and helpful. Hotel is reasonably close to public transit, food, shopping, and site seeing.

The staff and floor service crew were courteous and professional, they were always there to help. A few things for improvement: 1. Bathroom scale didn't work. 2. Room cleaning crew have tremendous workload 3. Carpet needs shampooed. 4. Items in frig. were overpriced.

Nice hotel, location was a bit far from attractions like the night market.

Very good service and very nice staff. The breakfast was average this time. Overall, it’s a good experience this time.
