Best, largest pool ever! Balcony view was beautiful and hot tub on deck was amazing. Walk out to beach wonderful. Staff friendly though sometimes hard to understand. Miramar Buffett was our least favorite part of the stay. Often stale churros and cookies and Luke warm food that wasn’t the best. But ...

Catalonia Royal Tulum Adults Only - All Inclusive
Amazingly well furnished/decorated and clean rooms, friendly staff, amenities (water sports and excursions onsite), yummy restaurants and buffet. In room mini refrigerator always restocked and fresh beach towels provided daily.

This is a lovely smaller place in a great location- staff are lovely and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very friendly helpful staff and good small beach with lovely views

Hotel Colonial Playa del Carmen
The room was clean, the AC worked perfectly, the staff was friendly, the only issue was the shower head needs to be cleaned or replaced. Very kittle waste for the shower
