"I love the ostrich and this is my second time staying here. The steps are a bit much but it was erected in 1106. You couldn’t ask for nicer people, the food is great. Only thing is we had an early flight and it was a Saturday night with a pub so of course no sleep. But that’s not the fault of anyone but ours we should’ve brought earplugs because everyone was just having a great time."

"Lovely property with good parking, well designed and decor was pleasant. Room was spacious and clean. Food was excellent. Young staff were polite and tried to be helpful but really need some more training in finer etiquette but not their fault. No finger bowls for shelled prawns, Rose wine not chilled enough and was poured into glasses before the bottle and glasses were brought to the table. However the food was excellent although you might struggle if you had gluten dietary issues."
