"The whole place was immaculate, the staff were very helpful and breakfasts were lovely, we couldn’t fault anything and would recommend it to people. A few minutes to the ferry to cross the Mersey to Liverpool, a few minutes longer to the tunnel to cross for the Isle of Man. A very short drive to New Brighton for lots of places to eat."

"This is the best place to stay in Liverpool! We stayed for three nights out of a two week trip and this hotel was by far the highlight. Located right in the middle of Liverpool One we were steps to dining, transportation, grocery stores, bars, shopping, the Albert Docks etc. We had a room at the edge of the building with views in two directions, we could see the whole city with windows that opened for a fresh cross breeze. "Beds are bumby ,pillows lumpy ,large gap in middle off double bed. Hairs on the floor ie blonde im dark haired very Noisy , loose toilet seat. & toilet holder which moved everytime you tried to take toilet roll off, shower started spraying out water at 1.15am in the morning Sticky table,My handbag stuck to it, ripped chair in the room aswell Room 305 Would i stay again NO Plus when you get to the hotel you have to pay a £50 deposit for the room thats after you have paid for the room"

"Stayed 3 nights and perfect location for visiting all of Liverpool’s historical sites. Easy to find and free parking a bonus. Staff were professional, approachable and engaging. Rooms spotless and beds so comfortable. Didn’t eat there so couldn’t comment on the food. Used the bar a couple of nights and it was great to sit in the outside area at the rear of the hotel overlooking the basin.
