"Hotel in perfect location for exploring Liverpool, close to docks, shops and numerous places to eat. Hotel is excellent value for money and Raphael, Gill and the team are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We would definitely stay again."

"Good location. Happy helpful reception staff. Comfortable bed. No shower gel, only shampoo tubes provided. Some of the towels had seen better days, but clean. Didn't eat at the hotel, but the breakfast menu looked good, and reception said to book and pay the night before at reception to get a good rate for the breakfast. Lots of clubs and bars nearby, and Broad Street 2 minutes away with lots of good varied restaurants. Would stay again."
