" Room was spacious clean and in good decorative order. Bonus having seating for the TV. Well equipped kitchenette. Friendly helpful staff. Situated in a fab walking location for restaurants tours and tourist sites plus shops. Varied breakfast menu. Only suggestion is to provide individual jam / marmalade pots as the large jars were messy and almost empty."

"Excellent location on the dock with only 6 or 7 minute walk to Liverpool One. Simple check In and check out process and the apartment is lovely. Really comfortable beds and a fan in hand in this warm weather was very welcome. Cleanliness only got 4 out of 5 as the beds and sofas had crumbs and but under them so they hadn’t been hoovered under. "

"From check in to check out the Staff were fantastic.. The Halyard is a wonderful hotel, spotlessly clean,the rooms were well equipped and airy.. The evening restaurant menu is small,but everything cooked from fresh in the open plan kitchen, and something for everyone on there,our young waitress ( can't remember her name) was a credit to her employers. "Group of 10 of us stayed in one of the penthouses for a hen do, it was perfect! Very central location, no need for taxis as we could walk everywhere easily"

"Just checked out from here a couple of hours ago after our second stay. We were there Friday to Monday and i have to say both me and my partner can't fault the place. Exceptionally clean, comfortable bed, very pleasant helpful staff and well equipped room. Add to that being located right in the city centre and reasonable prices what else can you ask for. Will definitely return in the future."
