"We had 3 rooms and all 3 said the beds and pillows were awful. One said the bed was stained. They had the fan from the kitchen outside which was very loud and heating didn’t work in room. The room service was disappointing. You would expect a different menu to the brasserie, something like sandwich, omelette, burgers but no so a take away was ordered in stead! John in the breakfast room was outstanding what a lovely man. So kind and helpful. Though herbs in the beans - not so sure!! Not well...

"I had a great stay at the 8 Quadrant apartments in Hoylake over the weekend. Communication with the host (Alex) was excellent throughout, making everything smooth and stress-free. We did have a little hiccup with the key retrieval but was able to find a solution not long after. The one-bedroom apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The location was also ideal—just a short walk to the train station (literally across the road), which made getting into Liverpool city centre super easy. Would...
