Staff are really helpful and very friendly. Really good value for money. Although small does have a gym and spa which was great: good location just off the M56. Stayed a good few times now and great value for money. Rooms are clean and comfortable. X

An over all great stay. The staff helpful and friendly. We ate in the bar are and the food and the service was excellent. We had room 221 overlooking a green wooded area , it was small but okay us and our two dogs for the one night to break our journey up. An excellent pet welcome which is always appreciated.

Staff were great, all so friendly and helpful. Hotel clean with a good breakfast. Great added bonus of a pool with jacuzzi saunas and steam room. Marked a star down as the bed was rather hard but this is personal preference. Would happily return for another stay. Great base for visiting the zoo

Convenient and comfortable hotel for a night or two. Easy to park, good shower, comfortable beds and dog friendly, which ticks all of our boxes. We used the fitness center, which was a bit cramped (and the sauna was barely warm), but mostly we were out of the hotel and being tourists.

The hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and well serviced by the staff. The hotel as a whole would benefit from some refurbishment as some areas are a little old and dated. The tea and coffee making facilities are a very welcome after a long journey.

The hotel is not 4 star hotel for sure. Room dump and smelly. Breakfast not fantastic is independent who is in the kichen. We tray 2 day same food but 2 day the food presentation, and cooking is different. The big bonus is swimming pool. Hotel nothing around need car.so for cheap options is ok otherwise not
