"Every aspect of the hotel was great. The location, building and presentation. Staff were fantastic, Lake View room was a treat and offered a very large double comfortable bed. The only down point was that our room was not serviced following our first night stay. Although reception was informed during the afternoon the room did not get serviced or towels changed. "Heather the manager was very friendly and welcoming. We got our drinks at the bar and confirmed our stay and we had a lovely evening meal. The room was spacious and comfortable with a shower and bath.It was very quiet.Breakfast in the morning was great and heather made us feel so at home. Definitely would recommend a stay."

"We enjoyed staying in the property. We had a car and can visit all the Lake District attractions from the location. The view of the hotel was superb and manage to take some nice snaps. "This was a fantastic hotel. The room was lovely with a small balcony and lovely comfy double bed. The only thing i would say is paying an additional fee for spa access in a spa hotel isn’t the best although it was only £20 I think the access to the spa should be included. "

"The hotel is stunning and the grounds around it are incrdible. The promenade walk was out of this world. Very friendly staff and helpful. The pool is very clean.
