"This company failed to let us know until 24 hours before arrival that this house's plumbing will not allow any toilet paper to be flushed down the toilets. Instead, they said we need to place used toilet paper into the bins in the bathrooms. These bins were ordinary wastebaskets without even so much as a plastic liner. Totally unprofessional, with no notice to get another reservation, unhygienic, and disgusting."

"On the plus side, it was very well situated. It could be amazing that’s the sad part about it. Just some attention to detail would be good. The not initial impression wasn’t good. The front of the house was grubby. Removing spiders webs and cleaning windows would be a good start! The inside was mostly nice enough but the attention to detail was lacking. There was no love put into the house. It could have done with a total refresh. No instruction manual to hand. The garden furniture was unusable....
