"The check-in man was cordial and helpful, even though I don't hear well. I had to ask where to find ice. (I was told to turn on the ice maker in the freezer in my room.) It would have helped if I'd been told that during check-in. Also, the bathroom sink drain was slow. It may be clogged. But otherwise, everything worked just fine. The air conditioner seemed to make scraping noises sometimes. I couldn't hear it clearly, but it was pretty loud when I was trying to sleep."
