"The rooms in the pyramid are old. They don’t have refrigerators, unless you want to pay extra. No coffee makers. Their automated check in process is very problematic. Had to get my cards re-programmed multiple times, which meant standing in long lines and wasting my vacation time. Staying at the Luxor made my stay in Las Vegas worse. We were also put in a handicap accessible room for some reason and the showers head was mounted in a way that it just sprayed across the bathroom. We didn’t have any soap and I called and asked and they didn’t bring any. Dealt with one particularly rude employee. The place needs upkeep. I mean, I know it’s not geared toward soccer dads who don’t gamble, but they should still offer a decent place to stay with a good system for customer service, but they do not. "
