"After reserving a room here for a conference, I had read some recent reviews that were critical of this place, so I honestly didn't know what to expect. But those reviews were NOT my experience. I had a pleasant experience here. My room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The lobby is HUGE and very beautiful. I did have one negative with some miscommunication with the pool being unlocked and it actually NOT being unlocked, even after telling the front...

"Was not advised about construction prior to booking. Breakfast buffet not worth price. No menu items on weekend, eat somewhere else. Noisy room on freeway side and heater loud when turning on. Very convenient location."
