Room was clean but there was not a hair dryer and it was very difficult to get the shampoo out. And there was no soap except by the sink. tough when you are showering.

It was my son's birthday and the staff was extra kind. We loved the room with the view. The only bummer was that the hot tub wasn't working in February 2026 and the pool was cold. We did like playing in the game room and the proximity to the art museums.
