"The property was located literally in the center of downtown. Everything was accessible and walkable. All the major attractions were within 2 to 5 km of what Chicago is really advertise to be. Staff was great open bar was amazing. Vibes were nice and other guests were on the same vibe levels."

"Great location and converted old Virgin Hotel. Room was fine and hotel basics were fine. There wasn’t any room service daily or for my 3 night stay. There was a strike for housekeepers and they were LOUD out front everyday. Not sure what the hotel fee was for on top of Expedia hotel charge was for, they gave me 2 waters the first day and that was it. They also upsell their vacation club/time share a lot, kinda odd."

"Only one working elevator… furniture in the room was chipped & headboard was damaged or dirty we could not determine…
Overall location is good… staff is awesome.. but the price paid through Tpa was not worth it.. the medicine room and maintenance of the room & furniture.."
