"the hotel is starting to look a little tired, one would expect a Hilton Garden Inn to be in better shape. We've stayed here a few times over the last 3 years and we continue to see the same issues. The windows have a reflective coating on the outside I think to help keep the sun brightness down on the inside. And this coating is cracking, peeling etc and it makes the windows look like they are cracked and shattered in many places. Not a good look. Overall a good place to stay in the Solomon MD...

"The hotel was very clean and well maintained. They offered a free bage breakfast, and coffee and tea is available all day.I was greeted warmly by the young lady at front desk and Shay was also wonderful. I had the King room suite, with seperate quarters for pull out couch/ living area. The area is 5 miles from Solomons island which was perfect."

"Was there for a baseball tournament. Had to immediately change rooms due to the bed strongly smelling of urine. Staff didn’t even apologize. Just gave me the new room key and sent me on my way. The pool is small. People who were not hotel guests were following guests in after unlocking the doors and staying for the day and letting their families in.
