"The hotel has a great concept and a unique atmosphere. The restaurant, beach access, and outdoor pools were enjoyable. Unfortunately, the property feels outdated and poorly maintained. The biggest issue is the noise. Guest room doors face the indoor atrium with the ice rink, and the sound insulation is extremely poor. "We did experience one disappointment during our stay — finding mouse droppings in the bathroom. Once we brought it to the hotel’s attention, the staff addressed the issue promptly and ensured the area was cleaned thoroughly.Aside from that, the ocean view, the spacious condo layout, and the in‑room amenities were all excellent. We genuinely enjoyed our time and appreciated the comfort and atmosphere the property provided."

"The staff here is fabulous, very friendly and always willing to answer a question or offer assistance. I was impressed with the security and how they handled situations quietly and efficiently.
