The staff were excellent!! We were there for a basketball tournament and they were very patient with all the kids in and out the hotel. The bar options are great. Only downside I would have is that the rooms didn’t have microwaves inside and the restaurant didn’t have many kid friendly items.

The front desk staff were a bit overwhelmed at the # of people checking in ( at 4:00)- the actual check in time. Staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean and beds very comfortable. Towels were quite plush. The property feels slightly dated but overall just fine!
