"We went for the ice show and it didn’t disappoint. We usually go to Gaylord National in the summer but this year wanted to experience ICE Polar Express. The front desk staff was very accommodating as we initially had a room on the back end of the hotel because Atrium rooms weren’t available at the time of booking. "The 100 year old charm really shines in the property and I feel it is very well maintained. The lobby is beautiful and the staff were all friendly. Valet parking was a breeze, but we did show up in the morning and it was much more hectic around normal check in time before a concert at CFG. It couldn't be easier to walk across the street to the CFG arena and I thought they did a good job opening the service elevator to help with the lines after the show let out.
