"Overall it was not the worse ever, there just a few things that need to be adjusted. Such as the ice and microwave only being available in the lobby while there is over 15 floors in the hotel. Also before assigning a room check to make sure all of the items are working, such as the bed lights and the room phone. There was an issue with the water being cold it did take a minute for the temperature to warm but the staff was also helpful is making sure the issue was resolved. "

"This place was good since the rooms were fully equipped with everything a person may need. But the smell of the place was horrible, it starts at the entry of the hotel alll the way around the property. We couldn’t stand it. Someone has to change the over all scent of the place, it is stinky. The small eating area,dinning staff was good but the food wasn’t. And the smell of the place spoils everything. "

"Our room was not ready and they told us we not get the room we reserved (two queen beds) and that the could give us a king. We had 4 people on our reservation. And the man at the check in desk was very rude. We were there for a concert and expressed concern about making it on time for the show and his response was “are you performing?”- he was very rude while I was being clam and trying to be understanding. "The front desk staff was extremely helpful, pleasant and patient. Frances was able to help deal with an issue in a pleasant and cordial manner and it set the tone for the rest of the stay."

"The free breakfast buffet was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was larger than expected and clean. My only complaint is the sliding (frosted) glass barn door for the bathroom. It would be nice to have a little more privacy. "
