"A great location, only a short block from the Red 1 Line (downtown and uptown). Recently renovated, the rooms are slightly bigger than most central NY hotels. Staff were very friendly and helpful- umbrellas handed out on a rainy day. It has a bar (good cocktails), but no restaurant. Breakfast is a $10 per person voucher for the bakery and coffee shop in the hotel (although not owned by them). "I had an emergency and needed a room for the night quickly! I was able to book super fast, my room was exceptional. Clean and comfy bed! Bathroom was great and the room was extremely quiet! I didnt hear anything from outside which was surprising giving that its in such a busy area! Will definitely stay again!!"

"Beautiful hotel with great views of the city. Wonderful staff. Zou Zous restaurant in the hotel is really good. We stayed in the deluxe king and there was ample drawer space to unpack. There are 2 Starbucks steps from the hotel and many outdoor seating areas around the hotel. The 7 train is 1 short block away, and Hudson Yards is across the street. We loved it!"

"セントラルパークや駅、cvsやレストランも近くに多くあり非常に便利で苦労しません。24時間スタッフさんもいるので安心だし、レンジや冷蔵庫、フリーで頂けるコーヒーや紅茶もありました。チェックアウト前後の荷物も預かってくださり、鍵付きの部屋に自分で行き来しますが荷物がなくなったりはありませんでした。2段ベットが各部屋1こずつなので快適だし、バスルームもたくさんあります。ニューヨークのホテルがとても高いのでこの値段でこの環境はとても有難いです。シャワーの圧や温度も問題ありません。しいて言えば、窓の空調に隙間があり、虫や小さなゴキブリの赤ちゃんがいました。苦手な人は避けた方が良いかもしれません。私は平気でした。"
