"This is an absolutely wonderful bed and breakfast, set in an old, but well maintained mansion. We received an unexpected upgrade to the Royal Suite and were blown away by the luxurious sitting room, 4 poster king bed and huge jacuzzi tub. It was so impressive we debated cancelling our evening plans and just staying in the room. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and abundant. We will return here whenever we are in Victoria. "

"This is a great place to stay. Granted it’s not poshy updated marble and brass - it’s a homey, roomy, delightfully clean and woodsy. And it’s literally a stones throw from the pub which is arguably one of the best in Vic. We have been here before and will be back again! Value for the money. And a bonus sampler pack of beer and chocolates when you stay. Really? Wow. "
