"On 5/16/26, water was cut off in the evening for over 5 hours. The staff never informed us they would be shutting off the water. When we called to ask how much longer the water would be off, they said about an hour. Three hours later I called back and they said water should be on in 30 minutes. Finally around 10pm the water was turned back on. We were late for a party because we were unable to shower and get ready."
