"Love this place, have stayed here twice already and still plan on returning. Haven't been able to do everything that we've wanted to."

"Our room was clean, nice amenities, pool next to our room was dirty with debris and people left trash in the pool. No complimentary breakfast, no microwave in room. Water park was fun but if you want food or drinks prepare for the high amount it will cost you."

"Everything was average, Nothing special, nothing disasterous...Just kind of forgetable. The property is huge yet the landscaping is sparce and has no imagination. The HUGE parking lot area is the visual focal point of the resort & of ALL your trips back and forth to the pool, the restaurant, the casitas etc, and the parking lot is just as hot & ugly as any other industrial or office complex parking area. If that's not creatively hidden or blended into the overall asthetic design of the resort then the feeling travelers are left with will remain the same...Megh!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Valley Ho. We loved the room, the grounds, the pool areas and the restaurant food was excellent . The staff was wonderful too. It was easy to walk into old town and the many restaurants and shops in the area."

"This property is currently under construction. There was construction noise pretty much all day, which started early in the morning. The area where you walk to the rooms was dimly lit at night. I didn”t feel comfortable walking through the outdoor maze of hallways to get to my room in the dark. My room was still dirty even after being cleaned. The staff was pleasant and helpful (my door would not close properly and they were quick to address it). I would not stay here again."

"The rooms were nice and comfortable. There were lots of pillows. Staff was great. The room was cool, and comfortable. There was a lot of water damage in the bathrooms. Everything else was great."
