"We stayed here for the Charlie Kirk Memorial. The room was very clean, bathroom vanity was big which was great. Large refrigerator and microwave was convenient. Breakfast was good. The only complaint is that when taking a shower the tub did not drain well so it held water until the water was turned off. Otherwise we will stay again and WE ARE ALL CHARLIE KIRK!!"

"New hotel, it was a great experience! Check in was super quick, had a very sweet front desk worker (thank you Joseph). Room was exactly how the pictures looked, super clean and cozy. It was super hot in Glendale and the AC worked incredibly well and definitely made up for the pool that was under construction which makes complete sense because it is literally a new hotel so please don’t let other reviews be off putting.
Breakfast was awesome, I went about 30 minutes before they stopped serving and they were still stocking up for guests which was very considerate. The staff were very sweet, just shy but I prefer that over rude and pushy employees.
This hotel is honestly in such a great spot since I was attending a concert at the Diamond Desert Arena, about 10 minutes away. There’s also a little plaza across the freeway.
I don't quite understand the negative reviews since they just opened but if I really had to complain about anything I guess it would be not supplying any bar soap, that’s it.

"I drove into the neighborhood and it is an extremely dangerous area. One of the houses next door was boarded up. The other one had the windows blown out with sheets in the windows. There were people everywhere with their shirts off and trash and empty alcohol bottles in the streets. I called immediately to let Expedia know that I was not safe and felt in danger.
I spoke to someone there that indicated that the company (RedAwning) needed picture proof of me being in danger. It was past dark and your company wanted a young woman to not only reenter a dangerous neighborhood, but to linger long enough to get pictures in the dark.
The situation was escalated and your company still insisted on receiving pictures of the neighborhood. Again, the insistence was that I endanger myself.
In the daylight hours, I returned to the neighborhood and got the pictures that were insisted upon while endangering myself.
After sending the information, my claim for refund due to misleading pictures posted from the area was denied. I am appalled that endangering young women is apparently what your company enjoys doing."
