"We enjoyed our stay and the staff was very kind, however the pool was extremely cold and the hot tub was just luke warm and it wouldn't turn on. We couldn't go to the other ones because they were on the other side which was having an event. If you're gonna block half the pool for an event at least make sure that the other side hot tub is working for the guests that are actually staying at the resort"

"The rooms were clean and stocked with everything we needed. The facilities were also clean but many of the restaurants were closed due to remodeling. The staff was not very friendly when we checked in, but the check-out staff was wonderful."

Staff does minimum cleaning. Coffee machine provided but no coffee, stirrer etc. fridge in room but no microwave/nothing to heat . Only one restaurant on site and once that closes, no vending machine etc"

"Definitely going back"
