"I had such a genuinely pleasant experience with the reception team during my stay. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. Every interaction felt effortless — they were consistently kind, patient, and truly accommodating, no matter what I needed. What stood out most was how naturally friendly and thoughtful they were. It never felt forced or transactional; they created an atmosphere that made me feel comfortable and taken care of right away. That kind of energy makes a huge difference when traveling. They handled everything with professionalism and ease while still being personable, which is not something you find everywhere. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows in how they treat guests. Honestly, they are a big part of why this stay felt so positive. Team members like them deserve to be recognized — they absolutely represent the hotel in the best way possible, and I truly believe they deserve a raise for the level of service they provide."

"Honestly we did not enjoy our stay. Upon checkin we were told no pool due to a private event. So we went to take out bicycles, all had flat tires or falling apart. We made it 3 minutes and it was unsafe, my handle bars were falling off. We went to the bar and was overcharged by a very rude bartender at the pool. When we asked an employee they said ohh there are 6 pools you can go to. And to top it off, our room smelled of mold and sewer, breakfast was terrible service and even worse food. Way overpriced and way underwhelming experience"
