"I booked a room for two nights at the Masquerade Tower at Rio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. As soon as we opened the door, we were hit with a very strong moldy and smoky smell. The room was outdated and not suitable for a comfortable vacation stay. Because I am allergic to mold and smoke, I had to leave immediately and went to the front desk to explain my health concerns. The receptionist initially told me that I had booked the older section of the hotel and that no other rooms were available. I...

"自動チェックイン時　キーがでないので聞くと面倒くさそうに　IDというだけで知らんぷり　時間をかけて何とか出来ました　チェックイン時でしたので残念でした　その他エキストラペットのブランケットなど用意がなくタオルも枚数なかったので　フロントに連絡すると　用意はして下さり　掃除もしてくれ　数カ所で食事もしましたが対応は凄く良かったので　チェックイン時の対応が残念でした 年末に利用したいですが　検討中です ありがとうございました"

"Las Vegas is crazy, it is the most confusing city in the entire United States.This hotel was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast menu extensive but quality of individual items, i.e., eggs, sausage, juices, were flavorless. Waffles, blueberry scones and yogurt were great though! Staff were wonderful everywhere and the pool was to-die-for. And ADA accessible! "
