We absolutely loved our view. The shower was to dye for, we didn't want to get out. The bed was so comfortable that we weren't ready to get out of it, all and all it was wonderful.

The staff was great during check in, and valet. The only downside I had was the pool wasn’t open the whole week during my wife and I were there. Using the pool in the casino is a hassle due to the walk to the other side of the property.

The room view is frankly worth the stay! No coffee and a lax view of having things stocked with that. The biggest issue is that the upgrade and redesign are quite nice, but literally EVERY outlet is in the wrong place (had to put coffee in the bathroom). Maybe provide some extension chords or something? The bed was comforable and the shower was huge.

There should be mop, broom, dustpan and brush for everyday cleaning that might need to be done. There is cutlery, pans and pots. There should also be cloths provided. I stay at Palms Place a handful of times a year for some months. Issues with TV and other minor stuff was dealt with promptly. Service was pretty good. I paid for a balcony room and I did not receive that. I’ll be back in Vegas in May for a few weeks. Rating 4 out of 5.

Kinda dingy and wore-out feeling room. Great views, though. We reserved a "1850 sq ft suite", but what we got were two separate hotel rooms that no way totaled 1850 sq ft. So if you think youre going to get one large suite, youre not. Youre going to get separate rooms. This was a disappointment.

Kitchen was fully equipped although we did not use it. We were pleasently surprised with the washer and dryer in the unit. We had a small patio facing the strip and a huge patio facing the mountains which we didnt expect. Awsome place
