"I arrived a bit early. They didn't allow me to check in early, although it was confirmed the previous guest had left. I asked a kind favor to prioritize cleaning my room first but it was not entertained. I asked to switch to another room that is ready and has been cleaned but my request was rejected. No effort was made whatsoever to help guests except the easy response of saying a sharp "NO" with a stuck-up face. Finally passed the check-in time, 3 pm, but my room was still not ready. I told...

"Overall it was a very good experience. The only thing I would comment is that the conditioner is empty when we arrived I called the lobby and left a message that I need conditioner the auto-robot operator said it will be sent to.our room but it never arrived."

"Tv didn’t work the entire stay, we asked front desk and they told us it was a storm. Which there was no storm."

"Stylish and comfortable hotel in great location in The Loop, minutes from the Art Institute, parks, the lake, and tons of shopping, restaurants, etc. Good breakfast, though a little slow -- perhaps understaffed? And a decent bar. Easy access and valet parking."
