Last evening there, someone above us with a kid continually running and making loud noises that went on for 1.5 hours, with contacting front desk twice by call and twice in person and being asked if we wanted to move…NO move them as we’re not the problem! Pillows awful, bed hard, shower broke, Netflix would not connect, grill and seating area lack cleanliness and the appeal it shows online, breakfast was decent. Website...

"Room had spiders and centipedes sheets were never changed. Stayed for a week no towels run out of toilet paper and said $10 a night for a vehicle they charge me 717 Expedia ad said 10 staff not very helpful at resolving any problems stay clear."

"We found two roaches in our room. We asked and were granted a late checkout the night before. The morning of, housekeeping and hotel other staff knocked and called, disturbing quiet time with our young children telling us it was past checkout. Late checkout was at noon. Housekeeping came at 10, the phone call and other knock came at 11."

"Honestly this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed ! The restrooms , beds and towels were so dirty , truly if you like cleanliness then don’t stay here . I was forced to stay here for the event connect soccer playoff the other hotel was way expensive so I chose this but I could not leave after Checkin since we had to stay at one of the required hotel to play in the ECNL playoff at fort worth . Everything is nasty in this place . Look for other place ."
