"I was laying in the bed watching tv, when something caught my eye. It was a roach crawling on my pillow. I jumped up and tried to kill it, but it got away. I immediately called the front desk to ask for a room change, but the front desk clerk advised that they were completely book. I advised that I wasn't staying in that room and they had to do something. He asked if I'd like someone to come to the room to try to get rid of it. I said yes. The guy came and at first we couldn't find the roach....

"The pictures shown of the rooms online are not accurate of the actual rooms. Many of the lights in the room did not work, making the space dark and un-welcoming to be in. The staff was not helpful when asked how to get to the room, they replied by repeating the floor and staring at you as if you could read their mind. Parking is terrible no where really to park. "

"Long check in, room keys disabled for entire hotel had to get into long line to go to front desk so they can Sen someone so I can get into my room"

"Spacious enough and well organized in a quiet environment. The room was too cold even with high heat adjustment, I had to ask for an extra blanket, however I highly recommend."
