"We have stayed here for years to go on a cruises but absolutely will never stay again. I originally checked in at 3 o’clock and was told that the room wasn’t ready to come back in an hour, when we came back in an hour the person that checked us in was no longer there and the new desk clerk stated she couldn’t give us a room due to a washing machine was broken. The desk clerk advised me that I never paid for the room and that she was writing people’s names down on sticky notes and there were...

"The front desk clerk wouldn’t even make eye contact or speak She was not friendly or inviting. The door was already locked at 7 PM. I would not stay here again. You could clearly tell they haven’t scrubbed or clean the shower in a while ."

"Well when we got there we were informed that they no longer served breakfast which was one of my reasons for picking the place. The fitness gym only had one working machine. The room was comfortable although the tv was small and the pool was nice although where the gate to get in is anyone could just go in it. House keeping were very nice. It was an ok stay but i doubt if we will ever stay here again "

"This hotel was converted from an older hotel to a TownPlace hotel. The rooms are comfortable and reasonably priced for the area. Location is right off the beach and near all the activities on the waterfront"

"Hotel needs a good update. Don’t spend your money here. Beds and pillows were not comfortable at all. Paid $294 to stay at a hotel that wasn’t comfortable at all & was told the hot tub worked. Jets worked water was freezing."

"The property is in immaculate condition. The property manager is extremely kind and friendly. She was available throughout the stay. The house is well maintained and very clean. It is easy to get to in the neighborhood. It is farther out from Galveston shops and restaurants, but it wasn't a big deal. We had great access to a good driveable beach that is quiet. We had a great time. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this location and management group. "
