"Very clean and prompt"

"They basically have everything you need. The only recommendations I have are bring a can opener and containers for food. My favorite part was the margarita blender and karaoke machine down stairs. Very nice touch!"

"The hotel staff and front desk associate were great. The hotel itself was a place to sleep. It wasn’t great, but it wasn’t horrible. You could tell this hotel gets quite a bit of traffic with the city hide port close by. The property was kinda run down, not tidy, there were scuffs, dirt marks, missing trims, etc. This hotel is obviously staying busy, but it doesn’t seem like a lot of the revenue is going back to the property for maintenance and upkeep. "The plug in the restroom didn’t work. We had to unhook appliances to be able to charge our phones. Desk clerk was friendly and beds were okay. Not too far from our destination so all was well."

"This beautiful historic B&B was a joy to stay at. The breakfast was so delicious and had a great variety of items to choose from. I was especially impressed that with son with allergies to nuts, soy and dairy was able to eat the breakfast!"

"The hotel and the room smells like mildew. The junior suite we had booked was not that impressive for the price. Hotel states there’s a shuttle to and from the port but don’t disclose that it costs $25 a person. When we arrived no one was there to help my 72 yr old father with bags and he had to carry them up the stairs by himself. Overall, an okay stay but the room did have a strong odor of mildew/mold."

"The room was clean. The staff was friendly. My only critique is that I wish they had extra bedding for the pull-out bed in the room upon check in. I had to go to the front desk to ask for it and carry the bedding up to the room myself."
